KABUL: Construction work on 4 school buildings worth 39,638,000 Afghani (some 556,517.52 US Dollars), during an official ceremony kicked off in Nangarhar province, the Ministry of Education said in a statement on Tuesday.
According to the statement, the schools will be built in Kuz Kunar and Dara-e-Noor districts of Nangarhar province with the financial support of one of the aid organizations.
Speaking in the ceremony, the Education Director of Nangarhar Mawlavi Habibullah Haqqani, said that 28 schools were built in the province last year.
