QALAT: Speaking in a press conference the provincial Information and Culture Director of Zabul said that the foundation stone of a healthcare center worth $300,000 was laid down in Zabul province.
According to him, the construction of the health center is considered one of the basic needs for providing health services to the residents of the province.
The health center will be built with the financial support of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). With the completion of the health center, hundreds of people will have access to health services.
