Israel agrees to allow ICRC and Egyptian teams to search for bodies of prisoners in Gaza

KABUL: The Israeli occupying regime has agreed to allow teams from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Egyptian government to enter the areas occupied by Israel in the Gaza Strip.
Israeli media outlet Haaretz reported on Sunday night, that the ICRC and Egyptian teams will collaborate in locating the bodies of Israeli prisoners who were killed as a result of Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli regime stated that these teams would operate in areas defined by its military as “beyond the yellow line.”
This agreement appears to be part of a ceasefire arrangement between the Israeli regime and Hamas.
Recently, following a 48-hour deadline set by U.S. President Donald Trump for locating the bodies of Israeli casualties in Gaza, Hamas officials stated their commitment to handing over these bodies.
Khalil al-Hayya, a leader of Hamas, asserted that they would not provide any pretext for the Israeli regime to resume hostilities.
