China’s indirect finger to U.S.: “We do not believe any country should act as the world’s police or judge”

KABUL: Wang Yi, the Chinese Foreign Minister, stated that Beijing does not believe any country should play the role of “world police” or consider itself an “international judge.”
Liu Jian, spokesperson for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, quoting the minister said in a statement on X this morning, that he [Foreign Minister] made the remarks during the seventh strategic dialogue between the foreign ministers of Pakistan and China.
Pointing to recent U.S. military actions in Venezuela and the arrest of Nicolás Maduro, the Chinese foreign minister said: “China consistently opposes threats or the use of force in international relations and rejects the imposition of one country’s will over others.”
He emphasized that the sovereignty and security of all countries must be fully preserved in accordance with international law.
China, considered a close ally of the Maduro government, has adopted a stern diplomatic stance regarding Washington’s actions toward Caracas following Maduro’s arrest.
