KABUL: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky recently stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin has initiated World War III by attacking Ukraine.
In a post on X said today, that he made remarks with the BBC, that Kyiv is currently preventing the expansion of World War III and stopping it from becoming a full-scale global conflict. He stated, “Russia wants to impose its own world and change people’s lives, lives that they prefer and choose for themselves. That is why I believe, and have long believed, that Putin has already started this war.”
The Ukrainian leader emphasized that his country serves as a bulwark against Putin’s advances. Zelensky’s remarks come at a time when the West and the United States are providing financial and military support to Kyiv in its struggle against the Russian invasion.
