India strongly condemns the Pakistani regime’s airstrike on rehabilitation center, calling it ‘cowardly and inhumane’

KABUL: India has condemned a Pakistani airstrike on a drug treatment hospital in Kabul, calling it a “cowardly and inhumane act.”

In a statement, the Ministry of External Affairs of India said the attack constituted a clear violation of Afghanistan’s sovereignty and posed a serious threat to regional peace and stability.

India urged the international community to hold those responsible accountable and prevent similar attacks on civilians.

The statement also stressed the need for international assistance to treat the wounded and support affected families, while reaffirming India’s full support for Afghanistan.

This comes as the Pakistani military regime attacked a drug addict’s rehabilitation center named “Omid” overnight, in which around 400 people were martyred and scores of others were wounded.
