KABUL: The Embassy of Iran in London has rejected any connection to recent incidents of violence in the United Kingdom.
In a statement, the embassy emphasized that Iran has long been among the primary victims of terrorism and has remained on the front line of the global fight against extremism and violent acts.
The statement added that Iran opposes all forms of violence and extremism and remains committed to international efforts aimed at combating such threats.
The denial comes amid recent reports alleging involvement of Iranian nationals in a number of incidents in the UK.
