KABUL: At least four people were killed and several others injured in the latest Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon.
According to Reuters, the attacks occurred despite a relative easing of regional tensions following the announcement of a temporary understanding between the United States and Iran, but the clashes between Israel and Hezbollah continue.
Sources say the ongoing exchanges of fire between the two sides have heightened concerns about further deterioration of the security situation in Lebanon’s border regions.
