KABUL: Voice President of the United States J. D. Vance has defended the preliminary agreement aimed at ending the conflict with Iran, describing it as a significant victory for the American people.
Vance said the agreement could help reduce military tensions between the United States and Iran and prevent a prolonged conflict. He added that the deal is intended to safeguard U.S. national interests.
According to The New York Times, analysts say the success of the agreement will largely depend on whether both sides fulfill their commitments and fully implement its provisions.
