KABUL: Iranian Foreign Minister, Dr. Sayed Abbas Araghchi, has traveled to Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, on an official visit.
According to Iranian media reports, Araghchi is expected to hold talks with senior Iraqi officials on bilateral relations, as well as regional and international developments, and exchange views on issues of mutual interest.
Reports indicate that the visit will also include coordination with relevant Iraqi authorities regarding arrangements for the funeral ceremonies of Iran’s former religious leader at holy sites in Iraq.
