Iran’s new Supreme Leader vows revenge for those dead in U.S. and Israeli strikes

KABUL: Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, has vowed to avenge those who lost their lives in recent U.S. and Israeli attacks, including his father, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

In a statement, Khamenei warned that Iran would seek retribution for the blood of all those he described as “martyrs” and said those responsible would be held accountable.

According to Iranian media, Khamenei declared that Iran would not allow the “perpetrators” to escape justice and would pursue revenge for those killed in the attacks.

The statement comes amid renewed military exchanges between Iran and the United States in recent days, further escalating tensions between the two countries.
