KABUL: Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal, Director of Public Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has said he cannot confirm reports claiming that six Afghan diplomats have been accepted and transferred to several European countries.
Takal stated that there is no official information regarding the matter and that the reports have not been confirmed either by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or through any official media channels.
His remarks came after several media outlets, citing an unidentified source, claimed that the Islamic Emirate and a number of European countries had reached an understanding on the acceptance of Afghan diplomats.
