KABUL: Iranian Foreign Minister Dr. Sayed Abbas Araghchi has warned against what he described as “adventurous actions” by the U.S. military, saying Tehran is fully prepared to deliver a decisive response to any potential American attack.
According to Iran’s Fars News Agency, Araghchi made the remarks during a phone call with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Sunday.
The report said the two officials discussed the risk of escalating tensions and growing insecurity across the region.
The comments came a day after several U.S. media outlets reported that President Donald Trump was considering military options, including possible strikes on Iran’s energy infrastructure.
