KABUL: The spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, says that good relations between Kabul and Tehran are beneficial to the people of both countries, adding that the two countries currently maintain good relations.
Mujahid told the media that trade between Afghanistan and Iran is currently proceeding normally and described relations between Kabul and Tehran as commendable.
Earlier, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, without naming any specific country, said that Iran’s relations with neighboring countries are currently better than in the past.
Pezeshkian also said that Tehran’s trade with neighboring countries continues smoothly despite the maritime blockade imposed on Iran.
