KABUL: The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has congratulated the Afghan people on the 107th anniversary of Afghanistan’s Independence, wishing Afghans peace and prosperity.
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs also issued a message congratulating the Afghan people on the anniversary of the country’s independence.
Earlier, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and several other world leaders had also sent congratulatory messages to the leadership of the Islamic Emirate and the prime minister on the occasion of Afghanistan’s 107th Independence Day.
