Amazon cargo plane crashes in Miami, killing five

KABUL: A cargo plane operated by Amazon went off the runway while landing at Miami International Airport in Florida and collided with several vehicles, killing at least five people and injuring five others, Reuters reported.

The Boeing 767-300, which had flown from San Juan, Puerto Rico, crashed shortly before 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Three of the injured people are reportedly in critical condition.

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said it will investigate the cause of the incident.
