KABUL: Iran’s senior military commanders have warned the United States and Israel that any military action against Iran would face a “swift, strong and united” response from the Iranian armed forces and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Amir Hatami, commander of Iran’s army, said coordination between the army and the IRGC serves as an “iron shield” protecting Iran against threats.
Ahmad Vahidi, commander of the IRGC, also said Iran’s adversaries had underestimated the country’s military capabilities and that Iran’s true strength is now being demonstrated on the battlefield.
