KABUL: Mawlavi Ahmadullah Anas, police spokesman of Logar, said today that three people have died and 13 others have been injured as a result of four traffic accidents in the province.
He stated that the accidents occurred in the areas of Jumma Qala and Khidr al-Tamur, areas of Pul-e-Alam, the provincial capital, and the Mohammad Agha district.
The spokesperson mentioned that the health condition of seven of the injured individuals is concerning, and they have been hospitalized for treatment.
Carelessness by drivers, speeding, and failure to adhere to traffic regulations have been identified as the main causes of the accidents.
Recently, traffic accidents in Logar have increased, with another incident just days ago resulting in 18 casualties.
