MAHMUD-E-RAQI: The provincial Information and Culture of Kapisa said in a statement on Tuesday that construction work on 10 local cold storage facilities worth 8.5 million Afghanis has been started.
According to the statement, cold storages will be built in the Tagab and Najrab districts of the province to provide facilities to preserve agricultural products.
The construction of the facilities has been contracted with Stars organization, said the statement adding that each cold storage unit will measure 9 meters in length and 8 meters in width and will be constructed within two months.
