KABUL: The construction work on development projects costing 23 million Afghanis has been kicked off in Khost Province, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in a statement told Radio Omid today.
According to the statement, the projects will be implemented in the districts of Gurbaz and Musakhel in Khost Province through the Department of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.
The projects include the construction of 765 meters of retaining walls and 1,650 meters of terraces.
It is expected that the implementation of these projects will create job opportunities for dozens of individuals.
Efforts are underway to implement public welfare projects to enhance the living conditions of citizens across the country.
