KABUL: The Technical Committee of the Economic Commission has announced that, following thorough reviews, three revenue plans from the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock have been approved.
The office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs said in a statement today, that these revenue plans were submitted for review by the Agricultural Research, Agricultural Seeds, Livestock Services and Animal Health, and Plant Protection and Quarantine Departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock.
The committee referred the plans for approval to the Economic Commission after conducting a technical evaluation.
The statement emphasized that the implementation of these plans would enhance the quality and quantity of agricultural and livestock products, facilitate their export to foreign countries, and ultimately increase the revenue of the Ministry of Agriculture.
It is noteworthy that development and revenue plans from government departments are discussed and reviewed by the Technical Committee before being approved by the Economic Commission.
