KABUL: During a visit to Tajikistan, China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with his Tajik counterpart, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, and stated that Afghanistan is a mutual neighbor of both countries. He emphasized that Beijing is prepared to work together with Dushanbe for the peace, stability, and reconstruction of Afghanistan.
Wang Yi remarked that the bilateral relations between China and Tajikistan are in a state of strengthening, and both nations are making joint efforts to promote regional security and economic cooperation.
In a meeting with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, the Chinese Foreign Minister also discussed regional security, economic ties, and the development of collaborative projects.
