KABUL: Zakir Jalali, the Deputy Political Chief of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that Afghanistan places special importance on enhancing friendly and effective relations with Turkey.
He made the remarks during a meeting with Sadin Ayildiz, the new chargé d’affaires of the Turkish Embassy in Kabul.
He wrote on his X account that he believes Ayildiz’s tenure will lead to a deeper bilateral cooperation between Kabul and Ankara.
