KABUL: The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has launched the 19th wave of its Wahda Sadiq 4 “True Promise 4” operation as clashes with the United States and Israel enter their sixth day.
Tasnim News Agency, a media outlet close to the IRGC, reported Thursday morning, citing the IRGC’s public relations office, that the U.S. and Israeli positions in the “heart of the occupied territories” as well as American bases in the region are being targeted by IRGC missiles and drones.
The statement said the latest wave commenced with “major explosions” under the code name “Hassan ibn Ali (peace be upon him).”
The development follows the 18th wave of strikes carried out on Wednesday night against U.S. and Israeli-linked centers by the IRGC.
