Iran claims targeting of 500 U.S. troops in Dubai

KABUL: Ebrahim Zolfaqari, spokesperson for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, said Iranian forces targeted two locations in Dubai where U.S. troops were allegedly present.
According to Zolfaqari, around 500 U.S. personnel, 400 in one location and 100 in another were hit in coordinated missile and drone strikes carried out by units of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
He claimed the attack caused “heavy casualties,” adding that ambulances had been transporting the wounded for hours.
Zolfaqari also warned Donald Trump and U.S. military commanders that the region could become a “graveyard” for American forces.
The United States Military has not yet commented on the claim.
The development comes as the conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran enters its fifth week.
