Mawlavi Hanafi praises Afghan doctors’ ability to perform complex medical procedures

KABUL: Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, participated in a scientific conference titled “Medical Ethics and Professional Responsibility,” organized for hospitals by the Health Affairs Command of the Ministry of Defense’s General Staff.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Defense, the conference was attended by officials from the Ministry of Public Health, specialist physicians from various hospitals, and healthcare professionals from across the country.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the two-day capacity-building seminar, Hanafi praised Afghan doctors for their ability to perform a wide range of complex medical procedures and highlighted the importance of strengthening the country’s healthcare sector through professional training and capacity development.
He also inquired health condition of those injured in the Pakistani regime’s recent airstrikes and expressed hope for their soon recovery.
