KABUL: Pakistani authorities have confirmed that 42 security personnel were killed in three separate armed attacks in Balochistan over the past three days.
According to Reuters, citing Pakistani officials, 54 militants were also killed during the incidents.
Armed attacks, bombings, and similar security incidents have increased significantly in recent years across Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and several other parts of Pakistan, resulting in the deaths of thousands of Pakistani security personnel.
