KABUL: An Afghan tanker manufacturing company in Herat Province has exported a shipment of locally produced tankers worth $5 million to Uzbekistan.
The tankers were manufactured in accordance with international standards and have been shipped to the Uzbek market.
Earlier, another tanker manufacturing company in Herat exported a shipment of its products worth $1.5 million to Uzbekistan.
Herat, one of Afghanistan’s major economic and industrial centres, has significant potential to expand domestic industries, increase production and boost exports to regional markets.
