KABUL: The Ministry of National Defense reports that 340 youth from Baghlan and Panjshir provinces have been recruited into the ranks of the National Islamic Army, the ministry said in a statement Saturday night.
According to the statement, the individuals are from various districts of Baghlan and Panjshir provinces and have been recruited exceptionally to strengthen the Islamic Army.
The recruitment process of youth from different provinces to join the armed forces is ongoing.
