KABUL: Iranian Foreign Minister Dr. Sayed Abbas Araghchi says Tehran targeted U.S. military bases in the region after the United States used its bases in the Middle East to conduct an operation that killed Iran’s religious leader.
Araghchi said several countries in the region had protested Iran’s attacks, but Tehran had made clear to them that the targets were not those countries, but U.S. military bases located on their territory.
