KABUL: Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health says 4,348 people have lost their lives and 12,307 others have been wounded since Israel began its military operations in southern Lebanon on March 2, 2026.
According to Al Jazeera, the casualties include at least 393 women and 257 children, as well as 537 Syrian and 234 Palestinian nationals.
The report says around 17 hospitals have been damaged, while 179 attacks against healthcare workers have been recorded.
It added that 39 humanitarian vehicles, including ambulances, have also been destroyed in the attacks.
