KANDAHAR: A group of 22 motorcyclists on charges of harassing people have been arrested in Kandahar province, the province’s Police Command press office said in a statement on Wednesday.
The arrested group had disrupted traffic order and caused fear among the public while roaming the center and districts of Kandahar during the Eid days, according to the statement.
The statement indicated that this group had also disturbed the peace of the people by using vulgar and inappropriate language, insulting them.
According to the statement, the individuals were arrested following complaints from residents of the province.
