Supreme Court: No foreign entity has the right to interfere in our Sharia, religion, and judiciary

KABUL: The country’s Supreme Court has described the recent statements from the United Nations Human Rights Office, claiming that (Retribution or Qisas) is against human dignity as a shocking and unjust stance.
The Supreme Court referenced the implementation of Qisas sentences for four murderers in Badghis, Farah, and Nimroz provinces, stating that this ruling aims to restore the rights of the victim’s heirs, reform the community, implement justice, and prevent crimes.
“Implementing such rulings aligns with the faith, Sharia system, and the demands of our people, and that no foreign entity has the right to interfere in our religion and judiciary,” said the court.
It should be noted that based on the Supreme Court’s ruling, four individuals were executed in three provinces the other day.
