KABUL: A delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund is set to travel to Russia to explore bilateral cooperation opportunities and participate in the “Russia and the Islamic World” conference in Kazan.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce said in a statement that the delegation will include senior officials from various ministries, including the Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, Nooruddin Azizi.
This annual conference in Kazan aims to strengthen economic, cultural, and political ties between Islamic countries and Russia.
