KABUL: Qatar has welcomed the release of Dennis Coyle, a U.S. citizen freed by authorities in Afghanistan, calling it a sign of goodwill toward the international community.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar said it was pleased to have contributed to the humanitarian effort that led to the release.
