KABUL: Minister of Higher Education, Shaikh Neda Mohammad Nadeem, held talks with Iran’s Ambassador to Afghanistan, Alireza Bigdeli, on a range of bilateral issues.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Nadeem emphasized: “Iran and Afghanistan need cooperation and constructive engagement with each other.”
He also stressed the importance of sharing academic experiences and expertise between the two countries and assured the Iranian envoy of Afghanistan’s commitment to expanding scientific and academic relations.
The ministry stated that Alireza Bigdeli praised Afghanistan’s position regarding Iran and expressed his country’s readiness to strengthen academic ties, enhance cooperation, and expand the exchange of experiences with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Higher Education.
