KABUL: At least nine people, including a four-year-old child, have been killed and six others injured in a fire at a building housing several hotels in Kolkata, India, Reuters reports.
The fire broke out on Mirza Ghalib Street in Kolkata on Wednesday morning, rescue teams reportedly evacuated around 80 people from the building.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, with an electrical short circuit among the possible causes being considered.
