KABUL: Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, has said that Afghanistan seeks good relations with all countries and has made significant efforts toward achieving that goal.
Speaking to the National Television, Mujahid said Afghanistan maintains good diplomatic relations with all neighboring countries except Pakistan, while relations with Islamic countries, regional states, China and Russia are also in a favorable position.
He stressed that the Islamic Emirate seeks positive engagement with other countries and is working to gradually resolve existing issues and build the confidence of the international community.
Mujahid said Afghanistan would continue its efforts to expand diplomatic engagement and maintain constructive relations with countries in the region and beyond.
