KABUL: After the start of the first day of the UN-led 3rd Doha meeting, the delegation of the Islamic Emirate led by Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid held bilateral meetings with diplomats of some countries.
On the sideline of the third Doha meeting, the Afghan delegation met with the representatives of Saudi Arabia, Norway, Indonesia and Kazakhstan.
After the meeting with the representative of Saudi Arabia, Mujahid said that Saudi Arabia would reopen its embassy in Kabul, said Mujahid.
Meanwhile, the delegation of the Islamic Emirate on the sideline of the Doha meeting also met with diplomatic representatives of Norway.
“Norway has a positive view towards Afghanistan and the diplomats of this country have emphasized the expansion of relations with Afghanistan,” said Mawlavi Mujahid.
Also, on the sideline of the 3rd Doha meeting, the delegation of the Islamic Emirate met with the delegation of Kazakhstan led by the Deputy Foreign Minister of this country and discussed trade and diplomatic issues.
The Afghan delegation has also met with the Foreign Minister of Indonesia and talked about strengthening bilateral relations, economic issues and increasing mutual trust.
It is worth mentioning that the delegation of the Islamic Emirate had previously met with representatives of China, Russia, Uzbekistan, India and some other countries during the third Doha meeting.
