KABUL: The Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai, said on Saturday that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has been committed to having positive interaction with the United States of America based on the Doha agreement.
He made the remarks today during a public gathering in Kabul, Stanekzai stated that based on the Doha agreement, the Islamic Emirate is interested in establishing a productive and positive interaction with the world countries, including the new government of America.
Pointing to the friendly relations between Kabul and Moscow, he said: “Never friendships are stable nor enemmities”.
