KABUL: Etihad Airways has announced it will increase its flights between Abu Dhabi and Kabul to daily service starting May 1, 2026.
The airline said the decision comes in response to strong passenger demand since the beginning of the year.
Arik De, Etihad’s chief revenue and commercial officer, noted that demand on the Kabul route has remained strong and consistent since March.
According to the airline, the move to daily flights will improve travel convenience and strengthen connectivity between Kabul and Abu Dhabi, as well as with Etihad’s global network.
Etihad had resumed flights to Kabul on March 20, 2026, initially operating four weekly services.
