KABUL: Russia has carried out a series of drone attacks on Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, targeting the Academy of Sciences and an advanced medical facility in the city center.
Kyiv officials said at least two people were killed and 24 others were injured in the attacks, including three children.
Reports said the attacks came as Ukrainian air defense systems struggled to counter what was described as Russia’s new technology.
