KABUL: The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has rejected claims by Pakistani officials that the explosion targeting a bus carrying students in Balochistan is linked to Afghanistan.
Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, in a statement on Wednesday night, May 21, condemned the explosion on the student bus in Pakistan and stated that Pakistani officials should not assign responsibility for incidents to Afghanistan without evidence.
Mujahid emphasized that the Islamic Emirate does not allow anyone to use Afghan territory against other countries and that there is no basis for such claims.
According to the statement, targeting civilians and non-combatants is never justifiable.
Reports indicate that the blast in the Khesdar area of Balochistan resulted in the deaths of five individuals and injuries to dozens more.
