KABUL: The Ministry of Public Health has announced that healthcare centers for nomads in Logar province have received a donation of 83 types of various kinds of medicines valued at 11.5 million Afghanis.
According to a statement from the ministry, the donation was provided with financial assistance from several international organizations, aiming to increase access to healthcare services for nomads.
Mohammad Zarak Zairak, the head of Public Health in Logar, stated that the medicines will play a significant role in addressing the health issues of nomads and will be beneficial in providing essential healthcare services for those who spend much of their lives on the move.
He urged all healthcare workers to deliver these medicines to patients without delay or obstruction, ensuring that those in need can benefit from them.
The ministry’s statement also emphasized that efforts are ongoing to enhance healthcare services for nomads in Logar province.
