KABUL: Chris Murphy, a Democratic U.S. senator, sharply criticized Donald Trump over his 48-hour deadline to Iran.
According to ISNA News Agency, Murphy said Trump had “lost control” of the situation and is now acting out of fear and panic.
The comments come after Trump warned Tehran over the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, escalating tensions between the two sides.
