KABUL: A Saudi-led coalition said it intercepted and destroyed three ballistic missiles launched by the Houthis toward the southern Saudi city of Khamis Mushait.
Meanwhile, the Houthis said Saudi Arabia had carried out 94 airstrikes across Yemen over the past 24 hours.
Tensions between Saudi Arabia and the Houthis have reached their highest level since a UN-backed ceasefire in 2022. Fighting has also intensified around the strategic Yemeni city of Taiz.
Neither side’s claims could be independently verified.
